In pursuing the above objectives, the Administrator will process the following types of data:

Period of Personal Data Retention
Vizyble stores users' personal data for the period necessary for the processing purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with applicable regulations. We are unable to determine the period for which your personal data will be processed.
If you have provided us with your data via email or through a form, we will process your data until you request the deletion of this data or object to its processing, or in the case where we consider that we have fulfilled the legally justified interest of the Administrator.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will process the data until you unsubscribe.
Data provided to us in connection with a placed order and the sale of digital content will be processed for 6 years, to fulfill our tax obligations.
If your email address was obtained from public sources (social media, company website), we will process your data until you request its removal or object to its processing, or in the case where we consider that we have fulfilled the legally justified interest of the Administrator. The email address will also be deleted if we do not receive a response from you within 3 months.

- fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator towards state institutions in connection with the implementation of contracts and services.
- compensation and debt collection, in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations towards the Administrator.
- security and protection against claims.
- promotion of its services by the Administrator (email newsletter), only in the case of your consent to process data for this purpose.
2. The Administrator processes your data based on:
- consent given by you (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
- contracts concluded or actions taken to conclude them (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
- legal obligations incumbent upon the administrator as a party to the contracts (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
- realization of the legally justified interests of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The Administrator considers the following as legally justified interests:
- securing its claims against contractors.
- protection against claims from contractors.
- management by the Administrator of its virtual profiles on online social and entertainment portals and using them to inform about services, events related to the Administrator's activities, providing access to this information to potential customers, creating a community interested in the Administrator’s activities.
3. The recipients of your data may be: an accounting office, service providers (collaborators on a B2B basis), and state institutions, considered as data recipients.
4. If you have purchased subscriptions for Tableau Software, Alteryx, Fivetran, Snowflake, the Administrator informs that in order to perform the sales contract, your data in the form of: first name, last name, email address, phone number will be transferred to the manufacturer of this software, whose headquarters are located in the United States of America (USA). The transfer is based on Article 49(1)(b) of the GDPR as necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the administrator. - in terms of data collected for contract performance, your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, and after its completion for 6 years in relation to accounting documents, and in the event of a legal dispute until the Administrator's claims become time barred. Documents related to the provision of services may be stored by the Administrator for a period longer than in the previous sentence due to warranty services or the protection of copyright related to the subject of the Administrator's activity.
- in terms of data processed for marketing purposes, your personal data will be processed until you object to the processing.
- in terms of data processed based on consent given, your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.

You have the following rights: the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out in order to perform a contract by the Administrator or in order for the Administrator to comply with legal obligations towards state institutions.

8. Providing your data is a necessary condition for the Administrator to take actions preceding the conclusion of a contract or in connection with the conclusion of a contract.
9. In case you give your consent for the processing of data for the purposes of promoting the Administrator's services in the form of an email newsletter, the consent provided by you is voluntary and can be withdrawn by you at any time.

1. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- entering, performing contracts, and providing services to the Administrator by contractors, service recipients.
- fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator towards state institutions in connection with the implementation of contracts and services.
- debt collection, in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations by the contractor towards the Administrator.
- security and protection against claims (e.g., copyright).
2. The Administrator processes your data based on:
- contracts concluded or actions taken to conclude them (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
- legal obligations incumbent upon the administrator as a party to the contracts (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
- realization of the legally justified interests of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). The Administrator considers securing its claims against contractors and protection from contractors' claims as legally justified interests.
3. The recipients of your data may be entities cooperating with the Administrator in terms of, among others, accounting services and collaborators of the Administrator (providing services on a B2B basis).

Your personal data will be stored for the period: of the legal relationship, and after its termination for 6 years in relation to accounting documents, and in the event of a legal dispute until the Administrator's claims become time barred. Documents related to the provision of services may be stored by the Administrator for a period longer than the previous sentence due to warranty services or copyright protection related to the subject of the Administrator's activity.

You have the following rights: the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out in order to perform a contract by the Administrator or in order for the Administrator to comply with legal obligations towards state institutions.

Information on Data Processing for Job Candidates
1. Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes based on Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the GDPR.
2. The recipients of your data may be entities that regularly cooperate with the Administrator in terms of, among others, accounting services (accounting office) and state institutions to which the Administrator is obligated to transfer your data under separate regulations, e.g., Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, National Labour Inspectorate.
3. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
4. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is related to the performance of a contract (e.g., employment contract, civil law contract, etc.) or is conducted due to the necessity for the administrator to comply with legal obligations towards state institutions.
5. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2 street, 00-193 Warsaw).
6. Providing your personal data to the extent resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.
