If you have purchased product licenses Alteryx or Tableau Software, The Administrator informs that in order to perform a sales contract, we will transfer your data in the form of: name, surname, email address, telephone number to the producer of this software, domiciled in the United States of America (USA). The transfer is based on Article 49 (1)(b) of the GDPR as necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller. 7. It is not possible to determine a single date of data deletion, due to the multitude of legal regulations in this regard. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the legal relationship, and after its termination for 6 years in relation to accounting documents, and in the case of a legal dispute – until the statute of limitations of the Administrator’s claims. Documents related to the provision of services may be stored by the Administrator for a period longer than in the preceding sentence due to warranty services or copyright protection related to the subject of the Administrator’s activity.

You have the following rights: the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out for the performance of a contract by the Administrator or in order for the Administrator to comply with legal obligations towards state institutions.

1. concluded agreements or undertaking activities aimed at their conclusion Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR;
2. legal obligations incumbent on the controller as a party to the concluded agreement Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR;

4. Second Recipients of your data may be entities cooperating with the Administrator in the field of, among others: an accounting office and associates of the Administrator (providing services on a B2B basis).

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the legal relationship, and after its termination for 6 years in relation to accounting documents, and in the case of a legal dispute – until the statute of limitations of the Administrator’s claims. Documents related to the provision of services may be stored by the Administrator for a period longer than in the preceding sentence due to guarantee benefits or copyright protection related to the subject of the Administrator’s activity.
